  • To be eligible, guests must have a valid, confirmed reservation made online via www.pristinehotel.in.
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of booking confirmation on our website and at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Clear screenshots of the competing website showing the room rate, hotel name, room type, and booking date are required.
  • The Best Rate Guarantee applies only if the following conditions match between our website and the competing website: same hotel, room type, stay period, advance purchase, prepayment, deposit, cancellation, and amendment policies.
  • Competing rates must be publicly available, viewable, and bookable online at the time of verification.
  • The Best Rate Guarantee is not applicable if the price difference is due to currency exchange rate fluctuations or rounding applied on the competing website.

Exclusions:

  • Private, packaged, or promotional rates.
  • Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, associations, or limited groups.
  • Group, government, long-stay, or other specially negotiated rates.
  • Rates on opaque or auction websites, mobile apps, or membership-only platforms.
  • Rates offered on last-minute or late check-in portals.
